• Product Management consultant to F500 firms around the globe for various projects including internal, B2B, & B2C

• Lead Product Manager for an internal Business Outcome tracking tool which tracks all program outcomes, allowing the PMO to make educated program funding decisions. Develop business objectives and success metrics to guide project through its lifecycle

     o Company started to fund only the programs that supported executive strategy through using this tool

     o Resulted in 18% program reduction, where funds were then allocated elsewhere, expected to realize strategic initiatives 25% sooner than in the past without this tool

• Product Manager for commercial credit card program (B2C), develop and launch a new product line

     o Resulted in acquiring new customers and ability to sell existing customers a new product

• Product Manager for learning management tool, which includes ecommerce and cart & checkout functionality

     o Learning program led to increased sales as resellers gained additional product knowledge to better sell the products

• Lead Product Manager for Oracle OFSAA implementation supporting financial reporting for 2 merging banks. Managed 6 cross-functional workstreams to develop full release product roadmap, and get scope buy-in from senior management

     o Resulted in ability to provide financials as a combined bank with a streamlined way to produce product profitability

     o 30% cost reduction due to process improvement and 20% time reduction to produce financials

• Product Manager for global sales application, ushered through a quick launch to support the company

     o Prior team could not get the product shipped, we did

• Created the standard for agile coaching used by the firm. Trained and coached teams transitioning from waterfall to agile
